10/10/07 sharks 2, BLACKHAWKS 1
Forgot about this one with stuff goin on, so just a quick recap here.
Milan Michalek had 2 PP goals for the Sharks, Canadian phenom rookie Jonathan Toews (pronounced TAYvs) had his first career goal on his first career shot, and the Sharks ended the season opening 4 game roadie with 5 out of 8 possible points with the 2-1 defeat over the much improved Blackhawks Wednesday night.
Sharks return home to open the Tank Saturday night when the Boston Bruins come to town (7:30). Tomorrow will mark the return of ex-Shark Marco Sturm, playing his first game in SJ since being traded to Boston for some guy (John Thornhill or somethin) in November of 2005.
